Merlin Homes was founded by Dr Jude Merzah, a medical doctor whose instinct to look after people quietly carried him into another world.

Two years ago, he watched London landlords face the same stories again and again. Difficult tenants. Drawn-out evictions. Beautiful homes left tired, undervalued, and rarely lived in the way they deserved. He knew there had to be a better way.

So he built one. A short-let management company with a doctor's discipline, a designer's eye, and a host's warmth. Every property thoughtfully reimagined. Every guest looked after. Every landlord given back their peace of mind, and a return on their home they could be proud of.

Today, Merlin Homes manages over 40 homes across central, west and north London, cared for by a team of seven. This year, we open our doors in Manchester, Liverpool and Newcastle, bringing the same standard of care to landlords across the country.
